A simple survey, but it took your time.  492 of 1,750 LPA members responded to the recent survey. This is an excellent response as surveys go, but we had hoped for even more.

This many responses does give the LPA Board a handle on the level of satisfaction members have concerning various services and facilities. It has also given the Board some excellent knowledge on what members need to know in order for them to get the best value for their services.

Stay tuned for the continuance of the planning process as the Board uses the survey, staff, their own input, and the input of RDG, a planning firm from Des Moines, to outline some ideas for improving the LPA in the future.
